Mushroom sauce 250 ml

Each mushroom is picked with love and care by hand. For the soy-based mushroom sauce, 500 g of mushrooms are used per dl. Natural ingredients/free from soy and gluten. Produced in Sjuhärad.

Mushroom sauce/mushroom soy can be used both in cooking, for example in a marinade with our cold-pressed rapeseed oil, and as a flavoring at the table.

Ingredients

Mushrooms, red wine, raw sugar, sea salt, Swedish root vegetables (celery, carrot, parsnip), allspice, cloves, bay leaves.
