Swedish seeds for growing mushrooms – Rapeseed, mustard and lentils

A unique seed blend grown in the fields of Skåne. The seed blend is not only from Sweden but also has a very exciting combination of flavors.
The brown mustard gives a round and aromatic flavor while the rapeseed adds a slightly buttery flavor and the lentils a fresh and crunchy texture.

The rapeseed and lentils are certified organic, while the mustard is not.

The sprout mixture contains 1/3 of each seed variety: Lentils, brown mustard and rapeseed.
