DILL OIL

When Swedish dill crowns are soaked in cold-pressed rapeseed oil, we get a fresh, summery oil. Drizzle our organic dill crown oil over spring firsts, or make a dill pesto for new potatoes. Mix the oil with Russian yogurt, a little salt and pepper and you have a delicious sauce for fish and seafood. Our flavored rapeseed oils are equally suitable for hot and cold cooking.
