Seasonal potatoes – Here the season determines which potato varieties end up in the bag. Around midsummer it is new potatoes and in the fall it is usually a more colorful variety. Every season has its charm.

In Larssons Chipseri on the farm in Viken, the family's home-grown potatoes and root vegetables are processed into tasty Larssons Chips. From their unique potato collection of around 550 varieties of potatoes, they select the best potatoes for the season. Their wish is that the natural taste and unique character of each potato and root vegetable are preserved and that the craftsmanship behind the cultivation and processing should be felt in the crispness and taste of each chip. They only use our cold-pressed rapeseed oil for frying, which gives the chips a wonderfully nutty taste.
