Peas for sowing 85 g
Peas have been cultivated since at least the 5th century BC in the Near East and in Central Europe from 4000 BC. In Sweden, people began eating peas during the Neolithic Age, when we in the North switched from hunting to farming. But it was only during the later Middle Ages that the cultivation of peas grew and the number of pea fields increased.
Soak the seeds before sowing to help them germinate more easily. Choose a sunny location with loose soil.
Sow 5-8 cm apart and 35-50 cm between rows. Peas can also be sown in double rows with 10-15 cm between rows.
