For this recipe, you can use the minced meat you like best: minced beef, mixed minced meat, minced chicken, minced turkey or vegetarian minced meat. In a minced meat sauce, it is easy to "hide" vegetables that children do not usually eat, for example finely grated parsnip, squash, wild mushrooms, celeriac or turnip. Finely grated carrot also gives a nice sweet taste. For a completely smooth sauce, mix the vegetables with crushed tomatoes in a food processor and pour over the minced meat.
We have chosen to fry the minced meat in chili oil for a good taste and heat. Use the oil that you think your child likes. Thyme, basil, garlic or neutral, try it out. Dare to flavor your baby food with new flavors, an easy way is to call over one of our flavored oils. In addition, the baby food gets a good addition of good fats.
